Simple fare - mustard, cheese, onions and tomatoes on burnt edged toast with rosemary:

I had a Mexican Chicken Taco Salad that had Fine Chopped Chicken that was seasoned in Mexican seasoning and sauces and soaked for a day, lettuce, grilled peppers and onions, Guacamole, Sour Cream, and Mexican Blend Cheese. .
 
Is that's a recipe for it on that site please? I'm reckoning I could do something similar for lemons. I have vast numbers if them ripe.

A couple of notes regarding cakes. I may have overbaked this because I use dark cake pans. Cake mixes always say to reduce the temp by 25F if using dark pans, but recipes never remind me of that and I forget. I seem to have much better luck with cake mixes, and this may be a large part of the reason.

Also, the cake does call for yogurt, and it sounds like you have a nasty dairy allergy, so I hope you have something suitable to sub in. As it goes, this is a very quick and easy cake to get together. Perfect for a nice tea/coffee break.
