Similar to mine (except for the popcorn - I had a McVitties chocolate digestive).

I had an appetizer around lunch time today, Kumamoto oysters tobiko.
Tobiko, lemon juice and horseradish were the condiments for these oysters. The hefe weiss bier is a natural good fit for oysters on the half shell.

But when we did have one (at the last rental place), it was hugely good fun. When we did pizza lunches though we found it was a good idea to pair off with another person so that everyone got something to eat initially because if there are 10-15 of you, and each pizza took roughly 10 minutes (getting oven back up to temperate and then cooking pizza) we found it could be 2-3 hours before the last person ate anything.There are some very different interpretations of pizza on this page

Uova al purgatorio. Sauce is made with nduja. I have a few recipes to type up for dishes we have made since the egg challenge started. Hopefully will get that done tomorrow.
