Did you move to Australia, or are you getting an early start on the celebrations? It's only 7:30 PM there, and still 2021.

Risotto Milanese with prawns and scallops. The stand out dish from our Greek holiday (apart from the homemade taramasalata at George's Taverna which I could never reproduce - nobody could).
This will definitely be a regular treat for us.

Hot turkey, bacon, and white cheddar sandwich with mustard and mayo, alfalfa sprouts and sliced roma tomato on a toasted brioche bun.
