It’s still cooking, but a bashed up meal of chicken tenderloins done up in the air fryer, braised sweet-and-sour cabbage, and some (hardly ever present!) white rice.

Interesting. Any chance of a link to this?Watched a video of a three-ingredient sauce from ATK/CC (they call it “infinite sauce” because it goes with everything.
Brown butter, soy sauce, and lemon. I made it to go with the chicken. I tasted the sauce on its own, and I thought, “Ok…it’s better than the scant ingredients would suggest, but it’s not the best thing ever.”
Then I put it on the chicken…wow! Buttery and tart, and that overused u-word I dislike (rhymes with tsunami). It was delicious!
…and yes, it worked poured over the rice as well.
