What did you cook or eat today? (December 2025)

Thanks to MypinchofItaly I had to make a polenta slab. I cooked it with some S&P, garlic, chipotle seasoning and smoke flavor.

Slice them onions real thin, if you can

Edited to say: have a look at flammküchen as well. Sour cream as base, red onion, bacon and chives.
Originally another dough, but works well on "standard" pizza dough
I've got a mandolin around here somewhere so I can get them almost see thru. I found this recipe for flammküchen and I'll get some heavy cream to make crème fraîche.
