Wow, that looks really good! A bit later I'll be making another batch of thin crust pizza dough, sourdough driven, and have to use some onions!!!

Edited to say: have a look at flammküchen as well. Sour cream as base, red onion, bacon and chives.
Originally another dough, but works well on "standard" pizza dough

Thanks to MypinchofItaly I had to make a polenta slab. I cooked it with some S&P, garlic, chipotle seasoning and smoke flavor.

I've got a mandolin around here somewhere so I can get them almost see thru. I found this recipe for flammküchen and I'll get some heavy cream to make crème fraîche.

Really good!

It's a good thing too because after it's made there's not all that cleanup going on, all you have to do is heat it. Great for an easy morning start.
