Roasted garlic, lemon & rosemary whole chicken , Gratin Dauphinois and carrots/ Brussels sprouts . I also made a mushroom gravy and cranberry sauce.

Yeah not much beats a roasted chicken flavor wise. It's definitely my favorite showstopper. Curious what I will do next year
