After my sausage roll debacle yesterday I decided to add more Italian Bread Crumbs to what I had left and create my very own Wombat Meat Loaf:

Wow! That looks seriously good!:bravo::bravo:
It was. Have to admit though that I got the idea from a small, high end, chef owned/operated restaurant for the combo with the sweet potato. They put the puree through a tamis in the restaurant, but it was for just me and Craig, so, I didn't. The crudo was also an idea from a chef, as was the salad actually. Yes, I admit I'm an idea stealer! :D

My OH made us her world famous chilli:

Okay, so maybe not world famous - BUT it is Chilli and darn good :)
I should have put that on our menu for us this week as it's cold here this now, for us at least, mid to high 40s for lows, high 60s to low 70s for highs.

But, your OH would be run out of town for putting beans in, at least in some places. We're a split house here, beans for me, which I wouldn't use since I'm not all that fond of them, except my childhood recipe doesn't taste right without them, and absolutely no beans for DH.

I made this the other week for the guys at work and a lot of my friends and family saw a photo of it on FB so now I've had to make it again to see the new year in! Instead of Gelatine though, I've used some sort of Vegan powder to make the jelly so we'll see how that tastes later!

It only just fits in the fridge!

I think you need to edit the link. It's got the title of the dish and not the site in there.
