That is a sauce celebrity chef Guy Fieri has in his restaurants.

  • 1/4 cup minced roast garlic
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 pinches ground black pepper

Thank you, the mobile does a pretty ok job for these quick food pics. looks like caseydog got the second part handled.

Thanks, CD. Now I know too! It wasn't a standout flavor, but I"m sure it contributed.

All in all, the peppers were my fave. Burger was good. Cake was good too, now I don't need dessert for a week.

White beans soup as starter (I forgot to take a picture before eating it), stuffed bell pepper with rice as main dish and bavarian cream with mango as dessert.

I'm making tomato sauce/ ketchup ATM. 3 kgs of tomatoes from freezer. 1 kg sugar, 1 litre malt vinegar 300 gms salt, 5 apples and 6 large onions cut up. All spice pepper and cloves. Boiling for three hrs. There goes something to eat. This will make about 5 litres. I usually make this about 4 times in summer. First day of Autumn tomorrow.
