Sticky ayam kecap ( chicken in sweet soy sauce), with peanut sauce, veggies and rice underneath

Fried Rice My Way, with diced Linguica or Portuguese Sausage, Peas & Carrots, leftover scrambled Egg and both white and green onion :hungry:
That'll be part of dinner for tomorrow, I have a class in the late afternoon, so I like to have something easy and quick that can go on the table once I get home.

That’s actually Colby cheese, though I have no issue with American cheese, either. There’s lettuce, dill pickles, mustard, and mayonnaise on there.
