Scratch made Buttermilk Waffles for my Mother's freezer

DH said that they smelled so good that I should make another batch so that we can have Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches :highfive: GREAT IDEA!!
What brand is your waffle maker? I love the 4 large square waffles.
 
JAS_OH1 both DH don’t care for heavy red sauce and I will eat that on occasion.
Nothing wrong with that! I think a thinner sauce is more traditional in Italy, whereas most of us USA folks like thicker sauce. Heck, one of my husband's cousins (full Italian blood) and his wife get such a thin layer of sauce on their pizza you can barely detect it, just a light orange tint under the cheese, LOL!
