Another Tovala meal. We both had the same thing, herb roasted chicken breast with Italian salsa verde and cheese ravioli with a marinara. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly, done but still moist. Both meals cooked together. We'd be happy to have this at a restaurant.

Cuppa coffee. Last tube of single serve wife bought home. Worked my way through about 15 of these. With 4 biscuits.
Nothing for lunch.
Tea....undecided atm??

Beef and bean chili from Hello Fresh. Was stupidly easy to make.

We had snow here today (rare this year, been a largely snowless winter) so it’s good chili weather.

I picked up some "La Molisana" pasta in a supermarket the other day, at about $1.50 for 500 gms. Wow, because imported pasta usually starts at about $3 a packet.
So tonight, it was one of our favourites: broccoli, anchovies, garlic, chile peppers, lime juice and the maccheroni.

A freezer raid job. Pasta, homemade pesto, peas, sweetcorn, and some vegan mince that was lurking in the freezer.

Added some hemp "cheese" for a little extra seasoning.
