What did you cook or eat today (February 2026)?

Had some cauliflower to cook by today, so I made a sort of salad where I first blanched then stir-fried cauliflower with Evoo and apple vinegar, then combined red onion, olive taggiasche, anchovy fillets and two hard-boiled eggs.

Made an addition to this salad, Stracciatella and parsley.. also changed the kitchen cloth 😊
