Blinis with smoked salmon and caviar - a fave of mine.

Quorn cottage pie for vegetarian Sunday dinner. Only managed to eat half.

 

[Wandering Bob]

A vegetarian dish for a cold and hungry cyclist this evening. Bircher potatoes with thyme & fleurs de sel de Guérande, baked beans boosted with a decent squirt of harissa and some ground cumin, and a cold (shop-bought) tarte au 3 fromages. I followed this with a yoghurt, some rhubarb & apple tarte, and "several" Belgian chocolates. Still a bit hungry ..

and another Pane Rossa (Winter Bread 1) - such good bread. I keep coming back to this bread whenever I have both the T80 and light spelt flours.
