In the UK haslet tends to be served thinly sliced and used in sandwiches or in similar ways to sliced ham.I had to look up Haslet. Ah, pork meatloaf.

Nice! But, you should have used pistachios instead of walnuts. It would have made a strong recipe challenge entry.
