Pork loin chop, seasoned and sous vide, finished with a maple-pistachio glaze cooked in butter.

Went to get lamb steaks but none there so wife bought 2 massive chicken kievs. I never finished even half of it, the birds will get the rest. Served with new potatoes from our garden, with lashings of butter.my salad of iceberg tomatoes eggs spring onion radishes. My Mayo. I'm full to bursting.
I should have frozen one for another day. They were massive.
