Pub time this arvo, picked up a bacon egg and cheese burger on the way home. And a scoop of chips.
Horses weren't kind to us, but I enjoyed time with my friend.

Just got the calves liver out of the freezer. The jury is out on how we prepare it.

Chicken in Nando's marinade, with potato smilies and cucumber/avocado salad. I can still eat peeled cucumber & avocado so this helps with the salad cravings.

Lasagne alla Bolognese

I spruced up my ‘disappointing’ Bolognese sauce from few days back with some red wine and some more tomato puree then simmered for half an hour. Made a bit of an improvement.

Couldn't find pasta calamarata, so followed the recipe with pasta rigatoni instead...
