Good snow night food. Bangers & Mash. White cheddar and leek mashed potatoes, bacon onion gravy. Leftover ingredients from the contest.

Last nights dinner 31/01. Cheese Burek (pasty) Veal mince and vegetables Burek with slaw. Pud was chocolate cake.

Borek is something I can never turn down
Is it with spinach or with mixed veggies (leek etc..) ?Note: When we eat borek, we drink ayran (Turkish yogurt drink) with it.

For us breakfast burek is usually cheese with blitvah a type of chard. All over the Balkans burek is taken with yogurt for breakfast.One was cheese, the other was veal mince with small cubes of potato carrot and onion a bit like a Cornish pasty. My wife pulls the pastry, I make the fillings.Plain meat burekBorek is something I can never turn down
Note: When we eat borek, we drink ayran (Turkish yogurt drink) with it.
