Napped a good part of the day away after returning from the grocer.

I did a quick fix of a Stefano's Pepperoni Calzone. I love those things.

I got a white square porcelain plate for photography. It let's me adjust exposure a bit differently than the red dinnerware I have. I put a tomato on for a side and some color.
Good plating and photographing. I have red plates and bowls too. I'm slowly acquiring other colors just for the purpose of food photography. I'm learning so much from all of you here.
 
Borek is something I can never turn down :) Is it with spinach or with mixed veggies (leek etc..) ?
Note: When we eat borek, we drink ayran (Turkish yogurt drink) with it.
For us breakfast burek is usually cheese with blitvah a type of chard. All over the Balkans burek is taken with yogurt for breakfast.One was cheese, the other was veal mince with small cubes of potato carrot and onion a bit like a Cornish pasty. My wife pulls the pastry, I make the fillings.Plain meat burek
