Was way too tired to cook, so I got some leftover homemade enchilada's from the freezer and served them with some sour cream.

Not feeling very good. Achy all over and stuffed up. Really couldn’t taste dinner. But sat ok in my stomach.

The black things are crispy onions, not burned, but close to it.
I also had some krupuk but I ate it while making the meal

Tonight its leftover boiled potatoes, Brussel's sprouts and carrots turned into a spicy bubble & squeak, with poached egg and possibly some bacon rashers.

Soup tonight. I roasted tomatoes, fennel carrot onions and potatoes, then blitzed them. Added thyme and parsley and ate that with two slices of fresh bread. Just wanted to take care of the dicky stomach, but it seems ok!
