My town has a lot of Korean, so I have easy access to good kimchi. My daughter who used to eat out a lot at Korea town, said it’s very close to the restaurant level.I haven't had good kimchi in over 30 years. The problem was that I was stationed in South Korea in 91. It didn't get more authentic than that!
