Had one of those Beanz Creationz (Spanish) from Heinz that I had to use as it was a little out of date. Did as suggested on the sachet and made it into a frittata.
Accompanied it with a version of 'Spanish rice'. Onion and garlic, rice, chicken stock and salsa.

Was very good, but completely forgot to take a pic.
 
recently gifted a large box of prime beef from Amana (by son working in that area...) so we need to focus on eating out some of the freezer goodies.

this is Prime grade rib eye from Costco
