Colorado Lamb Chops
Roasted garlic whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus, AZ red wine demi-glace, wild mushrooms with local herbs

The taste is still lingering on my palate, it was all that good!
You can see the full menu here.
Even given the prices (which DH went through the roof over, "that cost how much?!"), I'd go back again ... lunch was AMAZING!!!

I told Mrs. NDN I couldn't remember when was the last time I'd eaten Lamb, AND it was Colorado Lamb, which I've NEVER had before - it was fantastic!!! I asked for it cooked medium, our server, Josiah, said that "chef tends to go on the rare side with meats..." it was perfect for my taste.
And can I talk about those wild mushrooms? MAN!!!
I have half of that plate left over and I'm hoping that DH will try it...

How were the lamb and mushrooms seasoned? Having trouble reading menu.
 
All we have left of our last menu/grocery shop is wings, other than some standby pantry/freezer foods, which Craig didn't want, and I didn't want to fiddle with wings, so we got delivery. Pork gyoza for both, his steamed, mine fried, sushi for me, dragon and vegetable rolls, and Massaman chicken curry and fried rice for Craig. I usually only order 2 rolls, eat half, and have rest for breakfast next day, but I was starved. Ate my normal half of sushi and all my gyoza, and I'm still hungry. May eat the rest if I'm still hungry in a bit. No pics, too hungry. Pretty take out container though, had a small white and purple orchid in it.

I am not opposed to take and bakes, or even frozen pizzas. Urban pie makes an 8 cheese one that is one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. Meijer USED to carry it, I would clean out their stock every week, but they stopped selling it. Meijer really pisses me off sometimes. If a product is selling out, doesn't that mean you buy more to compensate? Isn't selling a lot if an item a good thing? Meijer stock manager is a moron, there are many other people who agree with me. I have written so many letters to corporate telling them the situation and nothing has happened. Dammit, now I want pizza. 🍕
I tend to not get frozen pizzas because honestly, most of them suck. If it's not the bland dough, it's the terrible sauce, the cliché sausage chunks that literally every mediocre pizzeria uses, etc...

I only buy those, that one, when they're marked down to several dollars. Quick cheap eats and Ozzie gets the crust! 😃
