I made my husband a potato pancake with lamb meatballs, feta and provolone with a bit of heavy cream, and 2 fried eggs on top. He loved it.

4th July and we went to a Sushi restaurant, where all the food comes round on a conveyor belt. What fun! You get to look at all the different options first, and then just pick a plate from the belt. The added advantage is that you don't have to eat 10, or 12 of the same roll; there's one sashimi, two or three rolls, etc., so I got to choose 4 ( or maybe 5, can't remember) different dishes, which was definitely an advantage. Spicy tuna, rainbow roll (salmon, white fish and tuna), caterpillar roll (with eel sauce) and my favourite, the flying fish roe with nori,
