My son making pasta. Sausage and roasted feta/tomato sauce. I thought my mushroom soup was good, this was better!

Then they tried to teach us magic card game

Lamb meatballs. We started eatting them before I took the photo, lol. Really yummy!

The sweet potato was way too sweet.

Make pakoras/bhajis with them. My favourite pakora is sweet potato & courgette, with onions, cumin seeds and ajwain seeds. Not forgetting the fresh chiles, of course.

We had fresh deli ham in fridge. Pantry had a can of creamed corn. I love corn and jam sammys so I made 1 for lunch and leftover I mixed up for corn fritters later for tea. Wife doesn't like corn so I'm pigging out on that.
