Make pakoras/bhajis with them. My favourite pakora is sweet potato & courgette, with onions, cumin seeds and ajwain seeds. Not forgetting the fresh chiles, of course.

We had fresh deli ham in fridge. Pantry had a can of creamed corn. I love corn and jam sammys so I made 1 for lunch and leftover I mixed up for corn fritters later for tea. Wife doesn't like corn so I'm pigging out on that.

When I look back on my starters, here in GA and NV, I've never managed to get that 'sourdough' taste. I've tried it with fresh grinding wheat or rye berries, collecting wild yeast off of the crabapple tree and still nada. SAF instant yeast is my go to in the fridge.
