BLTs and a new to our grocery product, so called Amish potato salad. I'll pass on that, it was sweet, and I don't mean just a little sweet. I've had desserts less sweet.

The potato salad looks bland and uninspired. It doesn't look like there's any mustard or hard boiled eggs in it.

I don't love potato salad in general, but I do like Texas style, the way my grandma and my aunts and mom made it. I have had some Amish potato salad up here but it wasn't sweet. Sweet potato salad sounds disgusting.

I don't put wet mustard in potato salad, only Coleman's yellow dry. And never put boiled eggs. I do put white vinegar but would never put in sugar.

I fried my egg roll skin taco shells for my Asian lamb tacos. I got the idea from Applebee's chicken won ton appetizer tacos that were discontinued several years ago. They were the best thing on the menu, IMO. Haven't been back since. Anyway, the egg roll wrappers are kinda big but we will just have 1 each.

Time to make Asian vinaigrette slaw.

All my "salads" coleslaw, potato, macaroni I like the same, a touch of sweetness and a nice pungency from mustard and vinegar. 😋 Oh, and lots of fresh cracked black.
