Wait, grated frozen butter and did what? Added it to the burger meat?
Yes, patted meat out into a rectangle, sprinkled with the grated butter, S&P, some onion and garlic powder, then folded meat over, patted out, repeated 3 or 4 times until additions were fairly well incorporated. Then divided up, made patties, and refrigerated for at least an hour.

Last time I used ground sirloin since it was on sale and cheaper than other ground meats. Used 4 Tbsp for 1 pound more or less. Ground round this time, 2 Tbsp.

Grilled over charcoal, and, yes, they are very juicy.

OMG! I'll have to get more charcoal. 🤤

Well I didn't have any lettuce or spinach for my BLT and needed some green so I made wasabi mayonnaise lol. So it was a bacon and tomato sandwich on toasted brioche with wasabi mayonnaise. And it was damn delicious.
