Here I am trying to lose a few and planning on eating fat added burgers. Maybe if I just eat 2 at once with Worcestershire sauce...That's the way I read it. I could see how that would make the meat nice and juicy!

You'd better throw some bacon on there for good measure. And lots of mayonnaise! Here I am trying to lose a few and planning on eating fat added burgers. Maybe if I just eat 2 at once with Worcestershire sauce...
That burger looks delicious!Burgers from the grill. I grated frozen butter and added again. Same brand of potato salad from earlier this week, but a different flavor. Much better.

Yup, that’s what I (sometimes) do…and then I fry it in more budder. Buuuuuudddder!Wait, grated frozen butter and did what? Added it to the burger meat?
And then slather some butter on the inside of the bun and sear it in the same pan with all the burger juice? That burger looks delicious!

Yes, patted meat out into a rectangle, sprinkled with the grated butter, S&P, some onion and garlic powder, then folded meat over, patted out, repeated 3 or 4 times until additions were fairly well incorporated. Then divided up, made patties, and refrigerated for at least an hour.Wait, grated frozen butter and did what? Added it to the burger meat?

Last time I used ground sirloin since it was on sale and cheaper than other ground meats. Used 4 Tbsp for 1 pound more or less. Ground round this time, 2 Tbsp.
Grilled over charcoal, and, yes, they are very juicy.
Paula Dean does that also. That's the way I read it. I could see how that would make the meat nice and juicy!
What does Paula Dean NOT put butter on/in?Paula Dean does that also.
A lot of things apparently, since she was diagnosed with diabetes and changed her diet, but continued to pretend she was still eating her former way to her fans. What does Paula Dean NOT put butter on/in?
