Im doing fried chicken 🍗 with twice fried chips and salad.
I've read the best chips are
Peel and slice
Prefry
Freeze overnight
Precooked and serve.
Im trying this method for the first time..
Dinner for 10 in 5 hrs.
Chicken has been marinated overnight butter milk.

One of the highlights of the evening. Foie gras with Northsea shrimp, grapefruit, rhubarb and umeboshi. Fabulous!

Internationally acclaimed prize winning dish of langoustine, bresse chicken ravioli, mushroom duxelles and lobster bisque. Impeccable and such a delight to eat.
