Peel and slice
Prefry
Freeze overnight
Precooked and serve.

It replicates McDs and when I tried it I had an issue with oil temperature consistency but I could tell it would work. I'm more a fan of "steak fries" or wedges so didn't pursue it to perfection.Not aware of that. Any good???
