How was the dental experience?

The doctor was amazing! She understands medical PTSD and let me ' lead ' the procedure which made me able to do two in one go which I did not dare before ( but had to do at some point) . So if I recover well I will never have to get another wisdom tooth removal or something similar. I am in pain but very grateful.

Caprese salad with a balsamic vinaigrette. Nice lunch, dinner next.

Bao steamed bun with siracha. Will have to eat soft food for a few days because my wisdom teeth have been removed on both sides. Chewing is pretty painful now.View attachment 41543

Get well soon, sweetie
I experienced the same time ago, I’ve eaten lots of ice cream as well....

Ah - now I understand. Maybe I need a thermapen?

I had a ridiculously expensive Thermapen. It was around 150-bucks back when I bought it. I see they are down to 80-bucks, now. Found that it didn't work one bit better than the 10-dollar Taylor probe thermometer I've been using for the last five years or more.

I made this post on a BBQ forum years ago, and got flamed to a crisp. Serious BBQ guys love their Thermapens.
