I figured we needed a treat today (like many other days) and I've been wanting to try Ululani's Shave Ice.
And yes, here in Hawaii, it's SHAVE ice, NOT SHAVED ice, or Snow Cone or Water Ice or ...
We each got the classic Rainbow flavor, but at the bottom of my cup is Roselani Macadamia Nut Ice Cream and Azuki Beans - Oishii!!!

Yeah they're good; it's a fairly decent cheese sauce that you can tell has real melted cheese in it, though I admit I left some of it at the end. I normally share a portion like that with one of my kids but I was solo today.

We can get some fresh seafood here but it's mostly frozen stuff. It's good, but nothing compares to fish caught the day before or even that morning. We suffer being landlocked and deprived!

Tell me about it, I haven't had crab in many years and it's my favorite. I want 5 pounds of crab, some hot drawn butter and fresh lemon wedges.

But getting that to me would be so ridiculously expensive.
