What did you cook or eat today (March 2020)?

Two nights ago, I made that stout chicken dish. Last night, I used the leftover chicken in the soup I made, and tonight, I used the leftover veg mix to make fried rice.

I don't make rice much because 1) I'm not that crazy about it, and 2) I usually do something wrong (too sticky, too gummy). This time, though, I bought a bag of of rice that said it was expressly for fried rice, and sort of followed the recipe, and it actually turned out ok.
