That very interesting looking bread. It gives me an idea - except I can't find any white bread flour anywhere. :ohmy:

Thank you. This really is one of my favorite meals, and it's especially good a weeknight, and one of those where it's easy to get everything done at about the same time.

It comes from Cook's Country, the alter-egos of America's Test Kitchen's folks.

I always hate posting sauces like that, because they're so...disgusting looking, but how else would a mustard sauce made with pork dripping, broth, cream, and mustard look? :)
