Made Swedish meatballs, cream sauce, mashed potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Cranberry sauce on the side.
That's so awesome! I'm slightly jealousJust spent a week in China. I have about 1 million photos of food. I wish you could see them all, but here are just a few (I'll break them up over a few days so as not to inundate you with too many!)
Shanghai is famous for the scallion pancakes. You find them everywhere as street food.

Y'all know I'm a sucker for meat on skewers. Here's one of many I ate - a lamb one, dusted with some kind of cumin mix and plenty of chili:

Inside my pork one. Pastry is a little flaky, but still moist.

Another Shanghainese speciality - crab roe noodles. After this shot I mixed it all up.

We used to be able to get those here, but McD’s stopped offering them, probably a decade (or more) ago.McD's China has something called the Angus Max which is very similar to the Angus Thickburger we get in Singapore.
Likewise!Well, I wouldn't have been surprised if you had made them yourself knowing your abilities - I'm actually more surprised that you didn't lol.![]()
