Nice looking bone-in ribeye. That cap looks really nice.
I scored a decent steak today, while at the store to buy chicken wings. USDA Prime NY Strip. Bad cell phone photo under kitchen light. I think I will salt it and put it in my dry aging mini-fridge for the night, and cook it tomorrow.
