What did you cook or eat today (May 2025)?

My take on a southern Thai style chicken and red curry. Rice was cooked with turmeric.

Smoked char sui pork, mango and cucumber noodle salad. There is a substantial amount of strongly flavoured noodles hiding under the pork!

I thought I'd share a pic of these handy rings I picked up from Amazon cos they make doing food (especially salad) ahead of time much easier and avoid plates precariously balancing all over the fridge.
They're also useful for holding clingfilm (saran wrap) away from a plate when you don't want to crush the food it's covering and stops that annoying thing when you lose a top layer of food that's decided to stick to the clingfilm 👍
