I like saving the bottom of the bag of chips, whatever kind, and using them for breading!A few days ago i put smoked turkey legs and other turkey bones in a crockpot and deboned after cooking it down. There was a lot of meat and gelatine. Last night i made a turkey noodles casserole using the meat and gelatine along with my homemade egg noodles, a can of cream of mushroom soup, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and heavy cream. I stirred in fresh spinach and topped with crushed potato chips during the last 10 minutes of baking. Really, really good.
Reminds me I need to harvest some off my basil plant.Dark in the kitchen, but here’s a frittata with potatoes, asparagus, cheese, and basil.
