Yesterday was my birthday but I hate going out ever since Cinco de Mayo became such a big thing, even at non Mexican restaurants. So, we went to The Cheesesteak Factory. I had 2 rewards, 1 for a free dessert for birthday and another $20 off $75+. Went early so got happy hour drink and appetizer prices. Two Long Island Ice Teas for me, tex-mex egg rolls for Craig and Thai chile shrimp for me. Main was truffle-honey chicken with mash and asparagus for me and rigatoni all vodka for Craig. Godiva cheesecake for me and Cinnabon cheesecake for Craig to go. As usual, I forgot to take pictures until we had already started.

Both. Peas were always served whole, never mushy. Same where I lived in SE London. The chippies (if I remember rightly) sold fish and chips (of course), saveloys, and deep-fried pineapple rings!
