It was (very) naughty with all the cheese and butter - it's called Pan Haggerty: Homemade (Traditional) Pan Haggerty Recipe

There are two versions of it in the UK (from what I can gather) this one and one where you add carrots and some stock instead of butter, not done the one with stock yet but I will at some point to see which version I like best.

I'm eating some now for lunch actually (leftovers in the fridge from the other day) and it's going down very nicely!
