I'm rather partial to it. The commercially sold salad cream is very different from the old Victorian recipes. But I do like it sometimes. Very acidic, slightly sweet.

Nobody ever explained what it really is, I'm guessing it's what we in the US call salad dressing?

I so much love pickled walnuts. A little known and little used gourmet treat. Very chefy presentation there!
