What did you cook or eat today (November 2022)?

Just a repeat of last night, the vegan cheese fondue which reheated excellently only tonight it was served with oven roasted veg (green beans, asparagus, sprouts, carrots, potatoes and a few others) because the oven was on for that chocolate potato cake I through together this afternoon.

When I first tried this, it was very, very salty; then I remembered I forgot to leave out the added salt because I used concentrated chicken stock, and that stuff is always salty.

A tidal wave of cream and a wallop (which is bigger than a dollop) of crème fraiche fixed everything.
