Hospital food, really not bad at all.
There's this fantastic neighborhood joint right across the street from the hotel that we've been staying at that has terrific food, AND take-out Craft Draught Beer!!!!
Did I say that we have to go back to the hospital in Phoenix again in 2 weeks?
And I have to be the main driver for the next 3 months! I hate driving in Phoenix, I'm just a country door mouse!

Comfort food was called for this evening ... Spaghetti and Meatballs with Marinara, oh and some nice bread (store bought)
Long haul flight on Singapore Airlines. I took advantage of the 'Book The Cook' service which allows you to choose from an extended menu in advance. First time I ever had a hamburger in the air - it was surprisingly good with a freshly toasted bun and some salad (no fries though - I guess they haven't cracked the code yet on how to make those good in-flight). That thing on top is a portobello mushroom.
My recipe had elbow macaroni, but I only had rotini at homePretty close. American Goulash, AKA American Chop Suey, is usually made with elbow macaroni. Rotini is fancy-pants American Goulash.

Its wonderful - SatNavSaysStraightOn sent me some as a special gift all the way from Australia.
Its not available here in the UK so I use it sparingly, as its so lovely that I don't want to run out!
