I made this last night, a moist inside and crunchy outside apple yogurt cake with mixed nuts and a few choco chips as well.

I haven't made homemade yogurt in a while. I use my Instant Pot and strain for a long time so it gets really thick.

I'll take some photos later, but yesterday I made a Swiss chard, chickpea and tomato dish, with some bacon in for good measure. I love Swiss chard, and it's always there at the supermarket, but too many people ignore it, or just stew it with garlic.
Following that, minced beef with onions, sweet chiles, red peppers, garlic and tomato passata. That should sort out son's lunches for a few days.

Instant Pot makes it easy. I posted my recipe a while back when someone asked for it. Maybe it was MG?
