Thai green curry with chicken & rice
I got some steak left over from yesterday (I was very disciplined for a change).
Got tomato & yellow peppers from the garden + madam janet chili.
I think it may become a noodle stir fry..
But that coould still change![]()
My first ever velveted chicken breast on my leftover Panda Express bowl. I've never done that with chicken and as yet don't know how it works but it did and it was good!View attachment 134698
Thank you. I only take credit for the chicken. It's been years since I had Panda Express and when I poured the chow mein out of their bowl I realized how much noodles over chicken you get at their place for $9.00.Shore looks tasty

That bowl was a mystery shop so I didn't pay for it and got paid to assess the restaurant. It was clean, good, and fast but NOT worth whats being charged.(Probably why I don't eat out!)
Be like those little TVP cubes in the noodle cups they're calling "beef".Grandson and I had lunch recently. He got a chicken wrap. Extra heavy on the lettuce. Not sure if there was more than one small piece of chicken in it.
That’s my kind of meal!Potatoes fondant. Parmesan green beans and apple and honey bone in pork chops. Ain’t going to lie. It was pretty darn good.
