Stuffed artichoke for lunch. Took 15 minutes to cook in the Instant Pot (10 minutes to come to pressure)

Edit - Forgot to take a picture of stuffed before cooking.

Side note - took me about 3 minutes to slice all this garlic (about half a head/bulb) ... maybe not even.

Side note 2 - My Dragon Riot knife took the stems and heads off like cutting butter. :love:😍

Thank you. I only take credit for the chicken. It's been years since I had Panda Express and when I poured the chow mein out of their bowl I realized how much noodles over chicken you get at their place for $9.00. 😡

That bowl was a mystery shop so I didn't pay for it and got paid to assess the restaurant. It was clean, good, and fast but NOT worth whats being charged. 🤷‍♂️ (Probably why I don't eat out!)

Grandson and I had lunch recently. He got a chicken wrap. Extra heavy on the lettuce. Not sure if there was more than one small piece of chicken in it.
