Maybe the color is reminding me of yellow curry, which I use in a couple fish dishes.

It's originally made with prawns, but I like this version with dumplings a lot too

That's originally why I got him when he was a kitten. He looked like a Russian Blue, then he turned into a fat loaf of rye bread

A very large bag of Mantequilla flavoured Jumpers and a very large gin n tonic

Edit- mantequilla jumpers are butter flavoured crisps (chips) which are little stars of puffed corn

Craig had on DDD yesterday and 1 of the places made a knife and fork burger with a gruyere cheese slice, a parm and gruyere mornay sauce, and a peppercorn sauce, plus some fried onion strings IIRC. Your lovely sauce reminded me. Personally, I'd skip the bun, too much bread, maybe just use a piece of Texas toast on the bottom.

Sauté the onion first. Take some out, put in ziploc bag and freeze.
