W did. I just remembered I was so shocked I photographed it:When Covid hit, the town grocer had a literal wall of TP as soon as you entered the store. It was well over my head, maybe 12ft high and the length of the shopping cart area, maybe 50ft.
It took them several years for that wall of toilet paper to whittle down
Obviously we did not experience the shortage some predicted.
At least remembered your nephew Tasty PeanutsTP is my cousin, TastyPastrami.

Yes, canned goods, flour, etc. It was like doomsday or something.Wow!
I guess different areas were affected different ways.
I know some food disappeared here.
I didn't take photos of those salads last night but they were so good. I'd forgotten how nice mixed cool raw veggies with some protein and salad dressing can taste. It was pretty, too.
We had that happen at stores (TP, flour, yeast, etc), but never at all the stores at the same time. Not once was there ever a time I couldn’t easily get TP…if they were out at Kroger, they’d have it at Walmart, or Meijer, or Sam’s, or CVS…Wow!

That must be some sort of weird psychological thing for me, if it's healthy it shouldn't taste good. But once we started eating we both got really quiet, lol.Whenever I make a salad I tell myself the same thing. Not the pretty thing, just that I should make salads more often.
I'm the type of person who stocks up on sales so I already had a closet full of TP when pandemic panic buying started. We had that happen at stores (TP, flour, yeast, etc), but never at all the stores at the same time. I found TP of all places, the Korean store HMart. We had that happen at stores (TP, flour, yeast, etc), but never at all the stores at the same time. Not once was there ever a time I couldn’t easily get TP…if they were out at Kroger, they’d have it at Walmart, or Meijer, or Sam’s, or CVS…
It's nice to know that some cultures don't have that greedy "buy it all up so no one else can have any" mentality.I found TP of all places, the Korean store HMart.
