For my tea this evening I had pressure cooked gammon, cheesy leeks and the most amazing gravy I have ever tasted!
500ml OXO beef stock, 2 chopped carrots, 3 chopped onions, 4 bay leaves and a dash of gravy browning (along with the juices of the gammon) made the most amazing gravy, so good that I'm going to freeze the leftovers for use another day!
