What did you cook or eat today (September 2020)?

Last nights Piri Piri Chicken with Tomato/Onion salad and shredded cabbage salad. It looks burned in the pics but as you can see from the last pic the meat was juicy. Mrs Blank the cooked chicken dermatologist pronounced it the best so far.

This evening is Thai inspired seafood soup. The weather this week has been so stormy the local boats have not been out. Splits fish market usually has 40/50 stalls. Yesterday just a hand full selling farmed fish. I bought some frozen Alaskan Black Cod/ Butter fish and a bag of frozen peeled langoustine tails in Konzum. I have tried the black cod before and its very good, never tried the frozen tails. Pics tomorrow.

A couple were the last of a box of Carr's, complemented by opening a new box of mixed crackers from ALDI.

I love crackers. I eat them all the time. I eat a lot of plain saltines, and I also like Club crackers (aka captain's wafers).
