A few weeks ago, I discovered a place that makes tortellino and pasta - all home made. I bought two packets of tortellini. Not because I can´t make them myself, but because it´s a whole lot of extra work and, usually, I can´t be bothered. Lazy, right?  
   
 
Anyway, there was some left over in the freezer, but not enough for 3 portions - so I made some pappardelle with (homemade) pesto; and the tortellini were served with homemade roasted tomato & garlic sauce, and sage butter.
